There are many special European parts that we don't list.
PAYMENT Superbike is pleased to accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, cashier's check, Postal money order or personal check. Orders paid for by personal check will be held for two weeks or until check clears.
SHIPPING We ship UPS which requires a physical location address. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Orders valued at greater than $100 will require a UPS delivery and a signature.
SHIPPING TIME is usually within 48 hours of ordering, We spend a lot of time at racetracks around the country and may be traveling back from a event. We also may take extra time to get the order right. We could end up waitng on a part for a item. ie The correct spring. We deal with a lot of European suppliers and they like to take their time. Please be patient. If you do not see your order arrive within 10 days, please call and advise us of your order date, name and zip code so that we might better locate your order. Please, again, be patient. We believe we are light years faster than any other big box stores- we hear this all the time!
RETURNS Superbike wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please inspect your order upon receipt for any damage which may have occurred in shipping, and for any defects. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it, unused and in the original packaging, within 10 days for your choice of an exchange, credit toward future purchase or refund of the purchase price, less original Shipping & Handling charges. Please call prior to returning any merchandise for a Return Authorization. Superbike reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on merchandise returned because we also get restocking fees from our suppliers. NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS or WORN HELMETS.
